Do I get a complete set of buildable plans?

Yes, In the beginning stages we'll do a preliminary plan, floors and elevations, once we get those dialed in then we would continue detailing and finishing up the plans. When the plans are completed, you will be able to go and start the process of building your project.

Do I get 3d views of my home?

No, we provide a 2d construction plan as our standard. How ever we do offer full 3d plans and virtual views, these are more expensive and extend the lead times.

What is included in my plans?

A complete plan has the following items, Elevations of all exterior views, foundation, main and/or upper levels, typical details, cross section, and roof plan.

Got ideas and sketches, now need a designer

Don't worry, we will guide you through the process of designing your home, how to get started, what to look for and prepare you to take your home design and build it.

Built before (just need plans)

Designing your home, you built before, know how the process works, you can email me your sketches, photo's, and other ideas. We can do a preliminary plan of the floor and elevations, go back and forth as needed by email, and get you final plans.
